Year 11 opens with the most consequential decision so far. This module gives them a structured decision compass: four directions (sixth form, FE college, apprenticeship, employment with training), with guiding questions for each. By the end, every student has a 'leaning' and a list of evidence to gather.
Learning outcomes
- I can describe the four main post-16 directions
- I can identify my current leaning with three reasons
- I can list three pieces of evidence I still need before deciding
