No — pay for the students you enrol in Chapter, not your total institutional roll. A 2,500-student college rolling out to Y13 UCAS applicants only (~500 students) pays Small £1,495. Expanding to Y12 + Y13 (~1,500) moves you to Medium £2,495 at renewal. Same logic for any partial deployment — apprenticeship cohort only, one department, full-time students only, etc. Most state secondaries enrol everyone (statutory Gatsby compliance benefits from it); colleges and FE institutions usually pick a cohort.

Sixth-form-only providers sit on the Small School band at £1,495/year — same price as any school under 1,000 pupils, since you get the same platform. For ~200 sixth formers that's ~£7.50/pupil; you get the full dashboard plus Chapter Premium for every student (UCAS personal statement AI, career mentor, interview practice — worth £39/student on its own). Comparable to BridgeU's sixth-form pricing on price, materially ahead on features.

Trust pricing is published openly, not hidden behind a quote. £1,995/school for trusts of 2–5 schools, £1,495/school for 6–15 schools, and £1,195/school for 16+ schools. Includes a trust-wide reporting dashboard, central billing, and a dedicated CSM. £1,500 trust HQ reporting fee on top. Mega-trusts of 50+ schools get a custom quote (floor £900/school).
