The idea
Chapter App launches — a mobile career exploration platform for students. Tens of thousands of young people start exploring careers, industries, and pathways.
A gap discovered
Schools ask: "Can we see what students are exploring?" The data existed in the app — but there was no bridge to the careers programme. Chapter Schools begins.
First schools launch
50 schools go live with Chapter Schools. Gatsby Benchmark tracking, student profiles, and events management all go live. The feedback loop between app and school platform becomes the defining feature.
Full platform
AI features (Chappy), Provider CRM, Parent Digests, and Trust tools all ship. The platform becomes the complete careers programme management solution for UK secondary schools.
