Strengths, Values & InterestsYear 8 reflection capstone
Why this matters
End of Year 8 consolidation. Students revisit their Aim & Learn profile, sector top 3, skills audit, and meeting-a-professional reflections. They build a 'three Vs' profile (values, voice, vision) and update their Year 8 careers passport for their family conversation.
