What Benchmark 4 means in practice

Careers education shouldn't sit only with the Careers Leader. Every year, in every subject, every pupil should have opportunities to learn how that subject's knowledge and skills help people gain entry to - and be more effective within - a wide range of careers. The updated benchmark drops the old STEM-specific framing: the duty is the same for English, art and humanities as it is for science.
