See the gaps before an inspector does
The heatmap is the whole argument. Subjects down one axis, year groups across the other, and every cell either has a careers link or it does not. Nobody has to be persuaded that Benchmark 4 needs work once they have looked at it.

Fill a gap without writing the resource yourself
An empty cell is a request for material, so Chapter writes it: curriculum-linked careers content pitched at that subject and year, ready for the department to review and use. 'Generate & send all' does the whole row at once.

The things schools ask
No. Material can be generated and sent to them; delivery is recorded against the slot. The design assumes a careers lead driving it, because that is who is accountable for Benchmark 4.
It is a first draft written against your subject and year, and it is meant to be reviewed. The point is removing the blank page, not removing the teacher.
Delivering a slot writes evidence for the pupils taught, so Benchmark 4 is evidenced at pupil level rather than as a whole-school assertion.
The map is live and end-of-term reminders prompt a re-check, so a scheme-of-work change shows up as a new gap rather than silently invalidating last year's claim.
